Hello and welcome All !!!

Thanks for reading my blog. I will do my best to post something every month and try to entertain with photos and not my lame humor. English is definitely my language of choice, I just don't have any other options. Please pardon my English.

This month it's going to be a lot easier to blog. I'm on holidays and geez.. it has been a while since I have been on one of these !! Departing Sydney and heading off to Honolulu in Hawaii is something I've never done before. It's a big family trip and it's been in the planning for a few months and I'm hoping to meet a lot of family that I've never met before as well as do some "tourist shots" and some street photography.

I saved a lot of pennies (or dollars) in my Fuji fund and surely enough all that starving (some call it dieting) paid off and I managed to get a Fuji X-Pro 1 with a 35mm prime and the 18-55mm zoom.

Due to the timezones departing on Thursday evening means we land in Honolulu Thursday morning so there is no time to waste.

Straight off to some site seeing, first stop Pearl Harbor and throw in some panoramic views of Oahu before our bodies caved in to tell us to catch some Zs.
