After being inspired by my recent California vineyard trip at Napa, I decided to go for a 2.5 hour cruise up to the Hunter Valley in my local state. The weather held up and it was a perfect weather to have a few sips of the good 'ol red. Unfortunately today I was the designated driver ... a big sigh as in the Hunter, you don't have to pay $25 US to have a few samplers.

Anyways back to shooting with the light weight Fuji X Pro 1 again and just using the 35mm lens to get the 50mm equivalent. Need to practice my street shooting and composition skills more. Sometimes I wonder if I ever will pull out the 7D again for such trips.

Enjoy some of the snaps, we went to a couple of vineyards, and had a great lunch at Margan's then headed to the Hunter Valley Gardens to burn off some calories.
